- ApnaConnect SIM is designed for ApnaCam Cameras only and may not function in regular mobile phones.
- Refunds are processed only if the SIM fails to work with an ApnaCam Camera after a successful recharge.
- All refund requests must be raised within 7 days of recharge via support@apnacam.com or WhatsApp 9599040422.
- Plans are prepaid, non-refundable (except as above), and non-transferable to another user or device.
- Data usage is subject to fair usage policy to ensure consistent service for all camera users.
- The 1 Month free offer applies to new users only — one free recharge per verified camera purchase.
