To claim the warranty, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Contact ApnaCam customer support with your order number and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
  2. Our customer support team will review your claim and determine whether the issue is covered under the warranty.
  3. If the issue is covered under the warranty, we will provide instructions for sending the product back to us for repair or replacement.
  4. If the issue is not covered under the warranty, we will provide you with information on how to purchase a replacement or repair the product.

Please note that the warranty does not cover any physical damage or damage caused by liquid or fire. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any issues that are caused by misuse or neglect of the product.
