Refund Policy

At ApnaCam, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products that meet their needs and expectations. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may wish to return a product and request a refund.  

We offer a **7-day refund policy** for most of our products. This means you have **7 days from the date of purchase** to return the product and request a refund.  

**To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:**  
- The product must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, instructions, and tags still attached.  
- The product must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).  
- Customized or special orders cannot be refunded.  

**Please note:**  
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
- If you received a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs.  

**To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:**

2. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.  
3. Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the above criteria, we will process your refund.  

**Refund processing time:**  
Please allow **5-7 business days** for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method after the return is verified.
