ApnaCam Replacement Policy

At apnacam, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products that meet their needs and expectations. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to replace a product and request a refund.

We offer a 7-day replacement policy for most of our products. This means that you have 7 days from the date of purchase to replace the product with the new one.

To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, instructions, and tags still attached.
  2. The product must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).
  3. Customized or special orders cannot be replaced.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs.


To initiate a replacement request, please contact our customer service team at support@apnacam.com or +91- 9599040422 They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the above criteria, we will create a new package for you and send you the tracking id. Please allow 5-7 business days for the product to reach your destination.
